Tonight is the beginning of the Spring Tour for KIVEN and My Body Sings Electric. The tour kicks off tonight at Hemingway’s in Los Angeles and will end on May 17th at The Shred Shed in Salt Lake City, Utah. My Body Sings Electric have  a sound that has been described as pop, indie, alternative, rock and much more. One thing is for sure, you can feel those influences throughout their music and what they deliver is awesome fun, energetic songs with emotionally driven lyrics. Kiven announces US Tour with support from My Body Sings Electric

Indie Rockers, Kiven have announced a US Tour which is set to kick off tonight at Hemingway’s in Los Angeles and My Body Sings Electric will be in support. Los Angeles band Kiven have been receiving a lot of great attention on their self titled album which is filled with 13 well crafted, solid rock songs. The first single off the album, In The Fire spent nine weeks on the KROQ charts, evening topping at the number 1 spot. STARSET signs to Razor & Tie, get ready for debut album this summer!

Cinematic rockers STARSET have signed to Razor & Tie for a worldwide deal that will have them release their debut studio album sometime this summer on July 8th.  This is one album that I am really excited for since I have been loving their new single, My Demons. My Demons has been climbing the charts and is now in the Top 20 on the  Active Rock Chart.  Check out the video for My Demons here:   That song is so BAD ASS!! It is octane fueled and energy invoking. It is one song that I can play over and over. The catchy chorus is infectious and you can’t help but sing along with your fist in the air. Darkest Era release lyric video for Sorrow’s Boundless Realm off their forthcoming album

Darkest Era out of Northern Ireland are set to release their forthcoming album, Severance on June 3rd in the US and June 13th in Europe via Cruz Del Sur. The album will be released on CD, vinyl and digital formats. The 8 track album promises to deliver a heavy dose of Celtic Metal while highlighting their double dose of guitars and bringing a fresh new take on old school metal. Darkest Era shines a metal light on the darker side of Irish folklore and mythology. Renowned Guitarist Marty Friedman releases new track “Meat Hook” featuring Jørgen Munkeby

We recently shared with you the music video by renowned guitarist Marty Friedman for the title track, Inferno which is off his highly anticipated forthcoming album. The album is set to release in North America on May 27th.  Now he is back to unveil another new track off Inferno. This time it is the song, Meat Hook which features “blackjazz” rebel Jørgen Munkeby (Shining) on vocals and saxophone.
