New Years Day are out on tour in support of their highly praised album, Malevolence. The album was produced by Erik Ron (The Word Alive, Motionless In White) and is the band’s first release on Another Century Records. Their set was filled with songs from the new album and the crowd went wild, singing along and a rush of crowd surfing. They had such an engaging audience that were dressed in their New Years Day merch. One thing is certain, they have a very dedicated and devoted fanbase and Sacramento was there in full representation of that!

Make sure to pick up their album if you don’t already have it. The album bleeds such honesty in the lyrics and provides the perfect outlet for anyone to break away from the confines of their insecurity, self doubt, darkness and anger. It is like the music that blares through a dark tunnel just as you see the light at the end, and know things will get better.
