Dying Wish announce debut album “Fragments Of A Bitter Memory”

July 8, 2021

Dying Wish is the Portland-based blistering hardcore five-piece whose passionate music fuses New Wave of American Heavy Metal and chaos-driven punk noises. Late last year, they signed to SharpTone Records and today, have announced the release of their forthcoming record, “Fragments of a Bitter Memory” which will be released on October 1, 2021 via their new label home. Pre-orders are available now here. To celebrate the announcement, Dying Wish has released the record’s title track “Fragments of a Bitter Memory”. On the deeply personal new single, lead vocalist Emma Boster shares: “‘Fragments’ starts by taking the listener back to my first memory. I was five years old and I was the flower girl at my mother’s wedding. My biological father wasn’t in my life and the man she was marrying took a vow to fill that void. Over the next decade I watched that same man who I had learned to call my father become a violent alcoholic. By the time I was a young teen I was being verbally and physically abused by him [Read More]

Lionheart bring summer festival feeling into your home with the release of their live record

November 6, 2020

Bay Area’s (CA) reigning kings of heavy hardcore first stormed into the scene in 2007 with their debut album: »The Will To Survive«. Taking influence from bands like BLOOD FOR BLOOD, HATEBREED, and MADBALL; LIONHEART came out swinging with a full-blown assault of blistering metallic hardcore. They quickly followed it up with 2010’s »Built On Struggle«, 2012’s »Undisputed« and years of nonstop touring. Following a short break after their release »Undisputed«, the band came back stronger than ever with 2014’s »Welcome To The Westcoast«. The album debuted at #1 on both iTunes Metal and GooglePlay Metal Charts. LIONHEART stormed into the scene again in January 2016 with »Love Don’t Live here«. The album title, a nod to a classic R&B/ Motown song by the same name, shows the bands unwillingness to conform to the typical „hardcore mold“, as well as the bitter and unforgiving lyrical content the band is known for. November 2017 saw Lionheart unleash »Welcome To The Westcoast II«. A sequel to »Welcome To The Westcoast« (2014), the album brought forth a [Read More]

Lionheart record release show in Munich – SOLD OUT!

December 10, 2019

Lionheart released their latest record ‘Valley Of Death’ on November 15th, 2019. That very same day the Lionheart tour made a stop in Munich. They brought along Deez Nutz, Kublai Kahn, Obey The Brave and Fallbrawl. In good old Lionheart fashion they tore down the place (in a good way). Lionheart and Deez Nuts both come here once a year at least. Every time the shows are packed and the place is cooking. Both bands connect well with the audience. The dynamics were mind-blowing. Especially venues of that size, where the stage isn’t that big and the pit isn’t that wide, give the audience the feeling of being close to the show and being part of it. Constant mosh pits, circle pits and stage divers kept the security guys pretty busy. But that’s what makes those shows special and makes people come back. Everyone is out to have a good time and with the line-up that night, they surely weren’t disappointed. Fallbrawl Obey The Brave Kublai Kahn Deez Nuts Lionheart Lionheart have been added to [Read More]
