This past weekend the Chelsea Grin “Ashes To Ashes Tour” came to an end in Sacramento at the Ace of Spades. It was quite a night and the bands absolutely KICKED ASS from start to finish. The fans came out early as the line soon wrapped around the block. We arrived just in time to catch one of our favorite new bands, The Family Ruin hit the stage. The crowd’s energy intensified as the night grew and it was soon to peak as Chelsea Grin took to the stage.
Chelsea Grin finished off the night with an unbelievable set. These guys just give 150% from the moment they step on stage until they exit. They have the crowd under their spell and everyone was talking about how it was one of their best concerts ever. The stage show featured excellent lighting for the night and the sound was spot on. Definitely had us wishing for a longer set…. possibly 10 or 12 hours!!! Check out photos from Rockin Ryan of the set:
