For so many of us here in California who love big over the top Rock Festivals, we have to plan our vacations and fly out across the country to satisfy our need! Whether it be the great festivals like Rock on the Range, Welcome to Rockville, Rocklahoma, etc we have craved those kind of ‘bigger than life” shows with big name headliners. Well, it is now time for Rockers across the country to plan their trips to come to our Northern California “Monster Energy’s Aftershock Festival” which is being held this September.
Last year they had their first show and this year, have extended it to a 2 day festival on September 14th & 15th, with a lineup that is sure to satisfy everyone’s need for Metal and Rock. In addition to the lineup below, they will be announcing another headliner to the list on July 1st!
So make sure to mark your calendar! They will be offering a special ” Pre-Shock” discounted weekend tickets that are set to go on sale from June 4 – 6 with Regular and VIP Tickets set to go on sale at June 7th at 10:00 AM. You can purchase tickets at www.aftershockconcert.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Make sure to get your tickets early, prices will be going up after June 17th.
We at Music Junkie Press are very excited since the lineup is filled with our favorite bands, many which we have written about before and look forward to covering this great event. We will be featuring two bands each week until the show so stay tuned and get to know more about all these great bands and make them your favorites too.
