LA based indie/folk band The Great Southern are gearing up for the upcoming release of their Traded Heaven EP. The EP is set to release out on May 23rd. The LA duo features Dash Hutton on vocals/drums and Jesse Tyre Karp on vocals/guitar. You can take a listen to the latest track off the EP, Sleeptalking which Karp comments as,
“The whole thing came alive in the studio when Renee Olstead sang the duet, such an incredible voice. Greg Leisz added this beautiful baritone guitar on top of his pedal steel playing, giving it that haunting feel. It was a great compliment to the song.”
