This past week has been a hard one and I home recovering from my surgery with my makeshift desk and recliner to obtain some sort of comfort. But then again, if I treat myself to music, I always feel better and today my feel good tunes are courtesy of Astronauts out of Calgary. Their style is unique as they bring together rock, ska, reggae, funk and much more. The end product being infectiously adddictive songs that deliver a dose of mood elevator! Perfect to lift me out of my pains. Check out one of my favorite tracks from them, Breakthrough:
The vocals capture you with an alternative edge and are inviting yet mysterious. Really great track. Another great track is their new song, Soul Seeker:
