In a time where people are skeptical about the music industry, some declaring the typical Rock is Dead mantra, or demanding more rock, the fact is, now is the most exciting time in music! Rock n Roll is alive and thriving and it is up to you to get yourself to a live show and be a part of it all. When you go to a great live show, you literally lose all your worries and concerns the second the music starts and you lose yourself in the Rock n Roll. That is exactly what happens when you are at a We Are Harlot concert!

We caught We Are Harlot as they made a stop in Fresno at Strummers for the first leg of their tour. People were arriving early and couldn’t wait to finally see We Are Harlot live. One thing is for sure, their high energy set did not disappoint and left everyone anticipating the next time they would see them. The sold out show had a great crowd that held no boundaries of demographics, age, or culture. We Are Harlot truly defines bringing all types of people together for the love of Rock n Roll.

The set included them performing fan favorites off their (ranked #1 on Billboard Heatseakers chart!) debut album. Danny has such a charismatic personality that he connects with the audience and insures they are all having a fun time! At the same, you can tell the band is having just as much fun, if not more. They really bring out the passion in their music and you can feel the energy race through the room. Jeff was a madman on his guitar and to watch him live perform those intense solos was mind-blowing to say the least! As we all know, Brian is a bad ass on his bass and Bruno is bringing it all together with his precision drumming. These four live, breath and play straight up Rock n Roll.

Their sound was spot on and if you are in love with their album are, you will be blown away when you see them live. They sound every bit as good as their studio album and then they add all their live performance adrenaline as the icing on the cake. They finished off the set with an impressive cover of Queen’s Tie Your Mother Down.  After the show, the band stayed back to meet the fans and do some signings. I swear it was as if every single person from the show was in that line, as it went directly from the venue straight to the merch table. The guys made sure to meet every last one of the fans and that is what Rock n Roll is all about; the music and the fans. Together, there is no stopping We Are Harlot as they are on the fast climb to the top. Check out a slide show from Rockin Ryan of more photos from their set:
