Back to Basics with the Bridge School Benefit 2012!

The great Neil Young and his wife Pegi have been organizing the wonderful Bridge School Benefit  for the past 25+ years in the Bay Area and held at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. Over the years, I have enjoyed donating to this great cause and being able watch front and center great acts like Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Sammy Hagar, Sonic Youth, Pearl Jam, Billy Idol, Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, REM, Foo Fighters and so many more great bands….. Oh what a bunch of great shows the Bridge School Benefit has brought to me!!! I love them all and can’t wait for another great year.

Well this year, you better get ready to ROCK and F*N ROLL because it is back to the basics of Rock n Roll and guess who is front and center?? I hear that Guns N Roses will be performing this year along with Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Jack White, Flaming Lips, Sarah McLachlan, Foster the People, Lucinda Williams, and other great acts. This is a show not to miss and it is so going to be here in my home town area! You better be there. I am heading to see Guns N Roses in Las Vegas in November and to see them right here at my own personal historical Shoreline will be an awesome site. I can’t wait.

The show will be held October 20th, 2012 and October 21st, 2012 at Shoreline in Mountain View. Here is the link for tickets via Live Nation which will go on sale this Friday, September 14th.

So get your tickets to this awesome lineup. Here is a video announcing the 2012 lineup for the Bridge School Benefit:

Make sure to help this great organization that has devoted the past 25 years  to providing excellent education and support to disabled children. So mark your calendars and buy your tickets to be a part of their history!
