One of the great things about getting out to NAMM in addition to checking out all the amazing new instruments, is running into exciting new bands. This time we had the pleasure of meeting The Sex Tape Scandal from Southern California. They are four bad ass rockers who are making a statement with their signature style blending 80’s glam, metal, classic hard rock and modern hard core = Glamcore. It is a great fresh new sound that will bite you and have you hooked from the start. Their infectious energy and signature sound will keep you coming back for more!

We got their new EP, Pretty Ugly and it has since become a regular on our daily playlist. It fuckin rocks! It is as if someone came along to the so-called ROCK IS DEAD scene and took a pair of paddles from a defibrillator cranked at maximum velocity, and jump started the life back into ROCK N ROLL. You can pick up the EP on Amazon or Itunes and make sure to crank it up loud. You will love it, a matter of fact, I am playing my favorite track, Maybe I’m a Monster right now.
