The Glorious Sons brightens your day with their new video for Lightning

One of my favorite concerts of this year was when The Glorious Sons came to San Francisco and performed at the DNA Lounge. They are a hard working band from Ontario, Canada and truly blew us away from first listen. They put on an incredible set that had me grinning from ear to ear as I watched a band for the first time and knew that it will definitely not be my last. They have just released a music video for their song, Lightning which is off their album, The Union. Check it out here:

I love that song. There is such emotion that these bring to their music and you can’t help but hear the passion they have. We had the chance to chat with the band when they were out on tour with 10 Years and Otherwise for the Birth To Burial Tour. Check out our interview with them here:

We featured The Glorious Sons as one of our Bands of The Day because their infectious rock sound and they have a great energetic rock vibe that brings to life a mix of classic rock with a modern flair. Their music brings to mind everything from Lynyrd Skynrd, Bruce Springsteen, The Doors to even the fictional band Stillwater. But one thing is for sure, The Glorious Sons have created their own unique signature sound.

This band is not going anywhere except to the top! With the release of their album The Union back in September 2014, they continue to have great success with three singles hitting the airwaves. I love their energetic vibe and their songs completely rock as they bring to life stories from the blue collar perspective. They so easily create a connection with the listener through songs that will soon become the playlist of your life. They deliver pure straight up rock and roll that you can feel in your soul.
