  I know that people think with the overload of digital and technology in the music industry, it is an uncertain time. But you also have to admit, we are living in a time where all types of music is readily accessible and available at all times. There are no boundaries or expiration dates for genres. You can listen to pop, metal, swing, punk, grunge, whatever you want! Today I want to bring you a much needed dose of grunge rock from across the pond for our Band of the Day. Deltorers are from Bournemouth, England and they are a powerful trio that are ready to infect you with their adrenaline sexy grunge alternative rock. Megafauna getting ready to set out on West Coast tour dates!

It was just last month when we brought you our interview with the incredible prog-rock/alternative band Megafauna from Austin. I am excited to announce they are getting ready to set out on their West Coast Tour dates next week! Check out the cool West Coast Tour Poster which was created by Tristan Lewellyn, John Musci and Austin Haines.   If you don’t already have it, make sure to pick up their latest release, Maximalist which is quite deserving of your attention. Interview with the multi-talented Dani Neff of Megafauna

Austin has been keeping quite a secret and it is time everyone gets to know about it. I am talking about the incredible prog-rock/alternative band Megafauna. I am not going to try and place them into a music genre category because their fresh new bold style of music fuses a variety of musical influences and have successfully created their own unique sound. You can pick up great tones of progressive rock, alternative grunge style, power pop and garage rock. They most recently released their album, Maximalist which is quite deserving of your attention. Check out the new music video by Manic Pixi for Kiss Me

Manic Pixi which features a unique pop-grunge-punk sound that is quite infectious and will easily grab your attention. They have just released a video for their single, Kiss Me which is off of their upcoming album, Sugar Bomb! They teamed up with Yacht Club Productions to bring their ideas to life. Singer Kat Hamilton commented, “Since this was our first video, we needed it to be one-hundred percent our brand: silly, sexy, confident and fun. Dreamers from Brooklyn are creating a buzz with their new video, Wolves

Dreamers, the rock trio from Brooklyn are creating a buzz with their new video, Wolves and deservedly so! The video for Wolves was filmed on Hi8, directed by Nikolai Vanyo and animation provided by Nick Wold. The filming on a Hi8 brings the retro style which is perfect for the romantic werewolf storyline. Radio Black working on new album and this is definitely one you want to be part of!

It was only a couple weeks ago where we told you about the great new song, Run Away by Radio Black featuring Foo Fighter’s Taylor Hawkins on drums. You can read that original post here. The grunge three piece rock band, Radio Black recorded the song at Dave Grohl‘s studio and home of the famed Sound City mixing console, Studio 606.  “Run Away,” is the first song off a to-be-announced upcoming album.  Check out the new song here: They recorded three songs for their new album, which was recorded and produced by John “Lou” Lousteau, Fireball Ministry front-man and “Sound City” documentary producer Jim Rota, and Brad Smith of Blind Melon and features  appearances from studio players including Rudy Sarzo (Ozzy Osbourne), Chris Chaney (Jane’s Addiction), and Mick Murphy (My Ruin, Chevy Metal).
