It was one show that we had waited months for, and it was finally approaching. Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters performing at the Fox Theater in Oakland. It was one of the shows that kept us going with anticipation and excitement as we tried to recover from the devastating loss of our home and business in the Santa Rosa firestorms in October 2017. It gave us the strength and hope to move forward, for us to see Robert Plant perform in the theater style setting of the Fox Theater. GET READY FOR A CRAZY BONZO BASH NAMM JAMM 2014!

ONE WEEK AWAY! Yes, you heard me right. Only one more week until we head to the incredible BONZO BASH NAMM JAMM 2014. We had a blast last year and it seems the Bonzo Bash is definitely one of my top highlights from NAMM.  You better get ready for another great lineup. If you are not familiar with the Bonzo Bash, it is the ultimate celebration for the ultimate drummer, John Henry Bonham of Led Zeppelin. It is presented by NATAL and Marshall and is a night filled with amazing drummers playing their favorite Led Zeppelin song. It is a complete evening of Led Zeppelin jams and this year will be a crazy one! What is your Go To Song?

I have always expressed on numerous occasions  how music has helped me through so many rough patches in my life as well as a way to celebrate the good times in my life. We all have Go To Songs. The songs that no matter what mood you are in, you can listen to it and it will provide relief, comfort, energy, happiness, inspiration, courage and just about any myriad of feelings. Growing up I even had my Go To songs. I was born in 1968 and was the youngest of 6 so I grew up listening to my older siblings’ music which I am grateful for. It led me to be have a vast appreciation of all types of music including the music of my parents’ time.  When I was young preteen, I remember one of my songs being, “Fantasy” by Earth, Wind and Fire.
