June 24, 2023

It was the last night of the US dates for  Loveless World Tour and it ended in San Francisco at the August Hall. It featured openers Honey Revenge and you can check out their photos here. The crowd were ready and amped up for the show as Loveless took the stage to eruptions of cheer and screams and they kicked it off with Haunting Me. The party started and didn’t stop until the band left the stage.  Being the last night of tour, the crew had some fun with the band as they had given playful and different set lists to each member. I tell you, I would have loved to see them play Bodies by Drowning Pool. They would have killed it. The crowd went wild when they played their 2020 debut single Better.  It was non-stop fun  and a spirited set that intensified the adrenaline with each song with a minor break during Killing Time. The band had to stop the song due to a fight in the crowd. We actually [Read More]

Alt rockers LEONE release new video for I Wanna Be

June 22, 2023

Alternative rockers LEONE released a video for their track I Wanna Be. Richie Leone comments about the video, The mesmerizing music video for ‘I Wanna Be’ was brought to life by director Beth Fletcher, and unfolds within the walls of Brooklyn’s iconic House of Yes. Serving as a nod to my poker-loving father, the video revolves around a poker table, where I find myself in cahoots with one of the players. Engaging in a dance of seduction and deceit, our aim is to cheat the game and claim all of the money at stake. This visual metaphor portrays my personal experiences of feeling betrayed and hurt in relationships, despite giving my all. As the video reaches its climax, two undercover figures make a dramatic entrance, and in a surprising turn of events, I am knocked out and taken away while my deceptive “partner” walks off with the money.” Watch the video here:   The song is off their upcoming highly anticipated sophomore EP, GTFOH, is set to be released this August. Get electrified with Norway rockers new track Flicking the Bees

June 22, 2023

Electric High hailing from Bergen, Norway are a blend of alternative rock and hard rock with a burst of old style rock n roll. They have released their new single, Flicking the Bees. About the track This swaggering rock ’n’ stroller came out of the usual collab between Electric High’s most active songwriters, PV Staff and Marius Mørch. The idea was to create an Electric High song that would stand in contrast to the band’s many more upbeat past releases. The band collectively tapped into the idea and created a track that builds in intensity throughout, from a pretty light-headed, easy-going start, to ending in a quite frantic vibe, with the characteristic screaming from the two lead singers, PV Staff and Olav Iversen. The lyrics pretty much bring across the message that if your keep on flicking the bees, they will eventually get back at you and sting you fiercely. It’s gonna hurt. So don’t act stupid. Stop wasting time on silly stuff. Do good. Be cool. And you’ll be alright. Flicking the Bees was [Read More]
