Interview with The Fame Riot as they bring nasty beats and truthful melodies to the stage out on their tour!

  We recently brought you our coverage of The Fame Riot as they performed in San Francisco along with Radkey at the Neck of the Woods. It was quite a show and what will be a rare treat to catch these amazing bands in an intimate venue setting. I completely believe that it won’t be long that they will be playing large capacity venues as they explode onto the music scene. The Fame Riot features brothers Liz and Shazam. They truly are incredible and dish up “feel good” music that has you dancing and letting go of any concerns or stress. Their music brings out a nostalgic vibe of 70’s glam/rock as well as the infectious style of 90’s alternative/dance, and a heaping side of modern day electro pop. RADKEY and The Fame Riot make a stop in San Francisco! Catch them out on their must see tour!

I know I am always telling you to get out and enjoy the many great bands out on tour. Well this time, I am begging you to get out and catch the Radkey Fall Tour with The Fame Riot. It will be a rare treat to catch these amazing bands in an intimate venue setting. It won’t be long that they will be playing large capacity venues as they are sure to explode onto the music scene. We caught the tour as it made a stop in San Francisco this past Sunday night. The night kicked off with a great set by local band, Kandur which we will featuring in an upcoming post. The Fame Riot announce Fall Tour Dates and release new music video

One of our recently featured bands,  The Fame Riot have announced a new Fall Tour. The band which features the fabulous brothers, Liz Scarlett and Shazam “Tea Time” Watkins will be hitting the road next month alongside garage punk label-mates, RADKEY for a fall tour. Kicking off on November 11th in Colorado Springs, CO, the 25-date run will hit most major markets, wrapping up in Chicago, IL on December 13th. Our Spotlight Band is The Fame Riot and check out their new video!

Today our spotlight band is on the addictive music of The Fame Riot. The band which features  the fabulous brothers, Liz Scarlett and Shazam “Tea Time” Watkins.  This will definitely be the year for The Fame Riot as they recently announced their signing to Another Century. Century Label Group President Don Robertson states, “I am thrilled to announce we have signed Tacoma, Washington’s The Fame Riot to Another Century.
