Watch the new video from RadioBlack for Thread (I Am)

June 28, 2017

Rockers RadioBlack have released a new music video for their song, Thread (I Am). The kick ass song is off their debut self-titled album released earlier this year. The band comments on the video, “We shot the ‘Thread’ video in just a couple of hours. We wanted to find a way to capture the energy that drives our live show and we thought this video was a good opportunity to do that. Sometimes in a video shoot setting you can lose some of that energy and intensity, so when we started the shoot we decided to just lay it all out there the way we do live. I think that came across.“ Check out the new video here:   A bit about RadioBlack: RadioBlack is lead by singer/guitarist TJ Courtney, whose vocals and melodic songwriting blend grunge and 90’s inspired alternative rock. With drummer Derek Gledhill (founding member of Smile Empty Soul) and bassist Hayato Takano, a seasoned touring player, the ensemble makes for a powerhouse trio.   Prior to this new line-up, TJ [Read More]

Night Argent releases music video for new song, Mannequin

June 28, 2017

Night Argent are gearing up for the release of their sophomore EP, The Fear, which is set for release July 14, 2017 on Outerloop Records. The EP was written and produced by Night Argent (Rainmaker Studios), co-written and produced in part by John Feldmann (Neon Trees, Biffy Clyro, Blink-182) and Steven Solomon.  Night Argent have just released a music video for their new song, Mannequin. Frontman Chase Manhattan had this to say about the track: “‘Mannequin’ is currently our favorite track on this record. The production, and the big power ballad vibe, feels a little reminiscent of our song ‘Kamikaze’ to us, which was the track off of our debut EP that was our favorite to play live. The initial lyrics and concept for ‘Mannequin’ came to me while showering in the hotel room prior to an all day co-writing session we had in Los Angeles. I just kept thinking about the similarities between someone who feels like they’ve lost everything of importance to them, everything that made them who they are, and a mannequin. When someone [Read More]

Symphonic power metal band Insatia releases new music video for Memory of a Sapphire

June 27, 2017

Symphonic power metal band Insatia have just released a music video for their song, Memory of a Sapphire. The song is off their newly released album, Phoenix Aflame. Vocalist Zoë Federoff comments on the song, “Memory of a Sapphire quickly became a favorite for us in the studio- it’s poppy and melody-oriented, which makes it a lot of fun to play live. Spotlighting Mr. Chris Amott’s guitar artistry on it adds a whole new level of zing, and as it really represents our sound most completely, it all seemed very natural to make it the first music video for the album.” Check out the video here:     You can pick up the album by heading over to https://pitchblackrecords.bandcamp.com/album/phoenix-aflame Track List: 1.
