Adelita’s Way announces release date for Stuck and tour dates with The Pretty Reckless

May 19, 2014

Adelita’s Way put on a hell of a show yesterday at Rock on The Range. They definitely have the power to drive an entire festival crazy! They really put on an incredible set and even singer Rick took a ride crowd surfing during their set. They have also just announced the official date of July 29th for the release date of their new album, Stuck. To create the album, the Las Vegas-based quartet joined forces with the Grammy-winning Nick Raskulinecz (Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, and Queens of the Stone Age) and holed up for eight weeks of nonstop recording in a cabin deep in the woods outside Nashville. Stuck is now available for pre-order on iTunes HERE.  Exclusives bundles are now available for fans on www.adelitaswaymusic.com and include several instant downloads and collectables. The first single off the album, Dog on a Leash, has been getting a lot of attention. It is a fierce new rock track that definitely shows how much this band has grown and is soon becoming everyone’s favorite new song. You can check outt the song by watching [Read More]

(hed) P.E. came in to San Francisco at the DNA Lounge for a nonstop mosh

May 19, 2014

On Friday, we went to cover the Born To Ride 2 Tour with SOiL and (hed) P.E. .SOiL put on an amazing solid set and you can read about that here. Then it was time for  (hed) P.E. and I was excited since was the first time for me to see them in their 20 year band history!  Yes, it is hard for me to even believe that I never had the chance to catch them live until now. Especially since after watching them, I was just calculating how many times I could have seen them before. They are really one of the most energetic bands out there today. If you asked five different people what type of music  (hed) P.E. is, you just might end up with five very different answers. There is something so special about this band because making the music they want to hear and making what feels right is exactly what they do. They do not try and re-invent themselves or make carbon copy sound alike albums. Their creativity shines through each of their varied styles [Read More]

SOiL stopped in at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco for the Born To Ride 2 Tour!

May 19, 2014

Just this past weekend, we had the opportunity to catch SOiL as they made their stop in San Francisco at the DNA Lounge for the Born To Ride 2 Tour with (hed) p.e. One thing is for sure when SOiL performs, the energy is intense and you feel charged and ready to go.  This night was no different as SOiL came out in full force and ready to take control. There was non stop energy and the crowd was equally fired up. Their set was awesome and I had wished it went on for another hour!! One of the highlights was when vocalist Ryan McCombs came off the stage and into the audience to sing “Halo”. The crowd loved it and you can see that Ryan loved it just as much. It was definitely a night to remember for them. They also played my favorite song from their new album WHOLE, The Hate Song. I applaud SOiL in how they can achieve studio quality sound in a small venue like DNA Lounge. They were spot on [Read More]
