As we begin to bring you our set recaps from Outside Lands, we would like to start off with one of our favorites. What a privilege to play such a major music festival, not just in San Francisco, but one of the biggest in the country”. You might recognize Dan, he is a longtime ABC7 evening news anchor here in the Bay Area.  Well, he definitely ROCKED the stage at Outside Lands. BottleRock Napa 2023 highlight goes to Great Northern

June 19, 2023

Last year I was so excited to catch Great Northern play at BottleRock Napa. It was a return to the stage that I was so excited to witness. Great Northern was formed in 2005 by founding partners Rachel Stolte and Solon Bixler and last year they returned to the scene and I was ecstatic.  Fast forward to BottleRock Napa 2023 and I am in awe to see that they are on the lineup for 23! As we wind down our BottleRock coverage, we look back at my final highlight Great Northern. It was amazing! They put on quite a show and played mostly new songs that were incredible!! Below is there song Animl which they released in May.   They had such a powerful sound and when you see them live, it is unrivaled.  Check out some photos of their set by our Rockin Ryan:   You can watch a video from their BottleRock set: They are currently working on new music and we are in high anticipation for this next album. I am also hopeful [Read More]
