SAN FRANCISCO! Get ready for a must-see show this Friday at the DNA Lounge. You don’t want to miss the icon sixties garage rock band The Seeds. The Seeds recently reformed with founding member Daryl Hooper and Seeds alumnus, drummer Don Boomer along with Alec Palao on bass, seasoned session guitarist Jeff Prentice, and vocalist dynamic Paul Kopf. Grunge rockers Kinky Rhino have just released a great new video for their track Garage Roque which is off their self-titled EP.  It is fun, carefree and captures that garage band energy fused with grunge and straight up rock n roll. WASI release lyric video for their catchy pop punk song, Fire

WASI can be described as a band that doesn’t try to fit into a genre check box for music as they have created their own unique sound that dances along the edges of garage punk and pop with hints of 90’s dreampop.  Put away the anti-depresessants because it really is an infectious mood elevator. Twin Berlin does it again with their new release, Nate’s Volvo

Punk grunge rock band, Twin Berlin from Connecticut are at it again. They have captured my attention with another one of their new songs. They have just released a catchy new track, Nate’s Volvo that brings out the nostalgia of punk rock sprinkled with grungy garage band flair.  It is raw and organic, the way I prefer my music these days! We will see if we can get more details for you on the new album as I am very excited for it. We’ve all had that one friend that was in a dead-end garage band in high school. Stuck In Your Radio‘s story might start out the same as those guys, but it doesn’t end at Senior year. Lead singer Eddie Cardona, or as the lovable goof is more likely known as, Sly Fox has lead a life influenced and driven by music. Raised primarily in Puerto Rico, he started off not knowing English. That was, until listening to Blink 182 influenced him to pick up the langue. After moving to the states, he continued to encompass music in his life. After performing in a high school talent show, he and a few friends began a band called All Or Nothing. Eventually All Or Nothing transformed into Stuck In Your Radio, but like many high school bands, the members began taking their own paths and the band eventually drifted apart. New Single Buzzkill by Twin Berlin channels Nirvana

I have a very special treat for you today.  I am listening right now to Buzzkill the new single by Twin Berlin off of their debut full length album, Sleazebrain which is due out February 18th,2014.  It is unbelievably awesome! It reminds me of one of my all time favorite bands, Nirvana. Twin Berlin just exudes raw garage punk style reminiscent of early grunge days. Think garage style mixed with dirty punk and in your face rock! Vocals on the track are mysterious and multi-dimensional. The song has some nice guitar solos and I can only imagine what energy these guys give off when they perform live. You will get hooked on the solid drumming and cool bass lines.  Twin Berlin is Matt Lopez on Vocals and Guitar, Sean O’Neil on bass and James Janocha on drums.
