Motionless In White – live at the Zenith in Munich

February 26, 2026

It’s only been a year since Motionless In White last made a stop in Munich during their European tour. While 10 years ago they played small clubs in Germany, they managed to go from a mid-size venue in 2025 to the second biggest we have around here with a capacity of about 5.800 people. Many popular acts play here regularly, like f.e. Bullet For My Valentine, Yungblud, Architects, Landmvrks, Alter Bridge. Not every act that plays there also manages to play a full house, but Motionless In White did it! In fact all of the four German shows are sold out! Which is no small wonder, because fans can expect an incredible show. It may have taken a while longer to build up their fan base in Germany, but right now they have a solid one. Doors were at 5.30 pm, which is early, but it was a weekday, so it’s perfectly fine, though people came in later than usual.  First band to play were Make Them Suffer from Australia. They started at 7 pm [Read More]

Story Of The Year release their new record “A.R.S.O.N.” today!

February 13, 2026

Story Of The Year released their 8th studio album “A.R.S.O.N.” today via SharpTone Records. “A.R.S.O.N.” marks the next evolution of Story Of The Year’s signature sound and raw, personal lyricism – elements that have earned the band a dedicated global following. An acronym for “All Rage, Still Only Numb,” the album channels their trademark energy into a powerful exploration of anxiety, emotional turmoil, and inner darkness. With a dynamic blend of modern post-hardcore, polished production, and nods to their emo roots, “A.R.S.O.N.” delivers a compelling, storied sonic journey through the fight to make it through this life. “In a lot of ways, “A.R.S.O.N.” picks up where “Tear me to Pieces” left off”, shares the band. “We used the same team – Colin Brittain producing again, with the main objective of simply writing great songs. Nothing was forced, no trends were chased, it was simply about getting to the essence of what makes SOTY sound like SOTY: Big guitars, snappy drums, and Dan’s ability to seamlessly oscillate between screaming & singing songs about desperation, loss, and [Read More]

The Amity Affliction share new song and announce new album

February 8, 2026

The Amity Affliction released a new song last Friday. Have you checked out “House Of Cards” yet? “House Of Cards” is a song penned by Joel Birch (singer) for his brother and sister (and himself), taking stock of the relationship shared with their mother; a central figure at the heart of the album. Open about the difficult nature of the relationship shared between mother and children, Birch unpacks the thematic nature of ‘House Of Cards’, “Our mother died in 2024 and none of us had a healthy relationship with her. She was very self-involved, aggressive, abusive in our early years and in her later years, spent a good amount of time trying to put a wedge between the three of us. Thankfully once she passed, the three of us actually became closer as we realised we had individual, but shared trauma related to her.” The new song came with the long-awaited announcement of a new album. “House Of Cards” will be the first full-length record with the band’s new clean vocalist Jonny Reeves, who became [Read More]

Girl Tones Bring Raw, High Energy to the Cornerstone

January 30, 2026

We had a chance to catch Girl Tones opening for Dexter and the Moonrocks  at the Cornerstone in Berkeley, and we were especially excited to see them in such a small, intimate venue. Knowing they’re on a serious upward rise, it felt like one of those “right place, right time” moments. The two-girl group immediately brings to mind that raw, stripped-down energy reminiscent of the White Stripes — a drummer and a guitarist/singer, with both of them sharing vocal duties. From the moment they hit the stage, they delivered an incredibly high-energy set that had the crowd moving and dancing from start to finish. Their chemistry was undeniable, and they absolutely owned the room. We can’t wait to catch them again at this year’s BottleRock Festival in Napa, where we’ll be bringing you full coverage — and hopefully an interview as well. Dexter and The Moonrocks hit the stage and the energy continued on. The crowd was dancing and singing along from start to finish. Make sure to visit the social media sites and stay [Read More]
