Cherry Glazerr releases new song/video Sugar off upcoming album

One of our favorite new artists Cherry Glazerr has just released the sweet sultry new song/video for Sugar, which is off the upcoming new album, I Don’t Want You Anymore’, out September 29th on Secretly Canadian. The song is catchy and addictive as you are drawn into the seductive and edgy vocals. The song brings guitars with a true Nirvana vibe that grabs a hold of you. Hailing from Nashville is indie rockers The Criticals (Parker Forbes and Cole Shugart. They have just relesed their new EP Front Door Confrontations on their new label home Fantasy Recoreds. The EP features two of their recently released tracks; Clever Girl, Belmont and All the Way. The Criticals on Front Door Confrontations: “We recorded this EP in the dead of winter, where it was so cold we stuffed hand warmers in our socks. Choosing to be off grid, just the two of us, with no cellphone service, in a shed in rural West Tennessee where we’ve recorded most of our music. Alternative rockers LEONE released a video for their track I Wanna Be. Richie Leone comments about the video, The mesmerizing music video for ‘I Wanna Be’ was brought to life by director Beth Fletcher, and unfolds within the walls of Brooklyn’s iconic House of Yes. Serving as a nod to my poker-loving father, the video revolves around a poker table, where I find myself in cahoots with one of the players. Engaging in a dance of seduction and deceit, our aim is to cheat the game and claim all of the money at stake. This visual metaphor portrays my personal experiences of feeling betrayed and hurt in relationships, despite giving my all. Alt Rockers Bluphoria release major label debut single Set Me Up

Alt rockers Bluphoria are making their major label debut with the new single, Set Me Up. The song is the first sampling of Bluphoria’s forthcoming self-titled album, due out in 2023 on Edgeout Records. The band worked with GRAMMY® award-winning producer Mark Needham (Fleetwood Mac, Imagine Dragons, P!NK, Mt. Joy) at East Iris Studios in Berry Hill, as well as Needham’s personal Nashville studio. The high energy alternative rock song with blues and psych-rock influences that satisfyingly takes the listener on a journey from anger into a cathartic dance party. Spiritbox release beautiful acoustic version of their hit song “Constance (Acoustic)”

Spiritbox, one of this year’s hottest and fastest rising bands, have today announced the release of “Constance (Acoustic)”, a stunning and beautiful acoustic version of their 2020 hit “Constance”. The reimagined version of the song was recorded in a church with accompaniment from a string trio earlier this year in conjunction with The Grammy Museum COLLECTION:live in partnership with BMG. Quicksand release new single “Brushed”

Post-hardcore band Quicksand from NYC announce the release of their 4th studio album “Distant Populations” for August 13th via Epitaph. Recorded at Studio 4 Recording in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, “Distant Populations” was produced by Will Yip (The Menzingers, Code Orange, Defeater) and mixed by Josh Wilbur (Lamb Of God, Megadeth, Avenged Sevenfold). The album is the successor of the 2017 record “Interiors”. Soundwise it has a punchier, faster sound than its predecessor. “Everyone is connected to each other so much on the one side and so distant on the other side”, says frontman Walter Schreifels, “We check the social media of others and know what everyone is doing. But when we sit together in a room, we look at our phones”, he adds and points out the sad irony of it all. With “Brushed” the band released another song from their upcoming album. “Distant Populations” will be released digitally on August 13th.
