Distance & Divide announce new album and release new track Dark Days ft. Garret Rapp

Distance & Divide which features ex-members of Another Hero Dies and Upon This Dawning) have announced the release of their debut full-length Searching In The Dark. The new album will released on July 2nd. The alternative rock band consists of Craig Baker, Ben Foltz and Chris Deets. Craig comments, “This entire album is something we worked very hard on, after releasing an EP earlier this year on our own and getting such positive feedback, it really gave us the drive and desire to create something personal and be completely proud of. Every track has its own story.” They have released the second single off the new album, Dark Days which features Garret Rapp of The Color Morale. The song brings out a fresh new blend of alternative rock with splashes of ambient progression. It will have you looking forward to the new album. Upon the Water is a metal/ metal core band from Southern California and they have a sound that is garnering a lot of attention. Their music can be described as metal with ambient and progressive tones. They bring depth and an honesty to their sound that truly will grab your attention. This young band is ready to have everyone take notice of them. They have recently released their six song EP Rise in June and takes you on a music journey of aggressive riffs, melodic guitars and fierce vocals. They have just released a music video for one of my favorite tracks on the EP, Solitude. The song has a very progressive ambient intro that sets an ethereal tone that creates an impact.
