Alter Bridge returns to San Francisco for a packed house at The Warfield!

The drive down to San Francisco this past Saturday was filled with cranky drivers maneuvering the streets sprinkled with the first rain. We made sure to head down early since Game 4 of the World Series was being held at the AT&T park and we were not going to let anything get in our way of seeing Alter Bridge at The Warfield. We made it to the venue as the line was beginning to wrap around Market St. It was great to see the heavy turnout arriving pre-show to make sure they caught Like A Storm and California Breed, both delivering spectacular sets. Alter Bridge hit the stage and the crowd went wild. They treated everyone to a 17 song set inclusive of fan favorites as well as many new songs off their recent release, Fortress. Alter Bridge new album Fortress out now & review here!

Today is the day!!! Alter Bridge‘s new album “Fortress” is released here in the US. So, I have been absolutely floored by this album. So many times, bands come back and try to reinvent themselves and come out sounding so different. Then other times, a band puts out an album that sounds oddly familiar to their last few albums. Well, neither of those are the case for the  new Alter Bridge album. They come out with an album filled with amazing new songs that not only have their old fans applauding loudly but I am sure are going to gain a ton of new fans!  It is awesome in so many ways! Alter Bridge release video for new single “Addicted to Pain”

I have been waiting for the new Alter Bridge album!! The new album titled “‘Fortress” is set to be released on September 30th in the UK, October 1st in Italy and October 8th in the United States.  Hey I may have to fly to London for my copy early!  They also released their single, “Addicted to Pain”  last month and I have been playing it every day!! I have been waiting for the new Alter Bridge album!! The new album titled “‘Fortress” is set to be released on September 30th in the UK, October 1st in Italy and October 8th in the United States.  Hey I may have to fly to London for my copy early! It was reported on the TheAlterBridgeNation.com website that their single, “Addicted to Pain” will be released on August 20th.
