Framing Hanley release three FREE songs!

Framing Hanley has been hard at work on their album “The Sum of Who We Are” which was funded entirely by their fanbase via a Kickstarter campaign. The album has taken a bit longer than they had anticipated and due to the delay they are treating their fans to three FREE songs that you can get from their website www.framinghanley.com Vocalist Nixon explains, First and foremost, our incredible fans are the reason it’s even possible. They funded the entire thing on Kickstarter. That is still unbelievable to us. Every band says that they feel like they’re getting better with the years. So while I feel that’s a trite statement, I can’t deny it. We’ve never written as much material for an album as we did for this one. We had to cut so many songs that we felt were strong. Full Devil Jacket announces Kickstarter campaign for new album!

Two of my biggest passions, supporting the music industry and DAMN GOOD Rock! Well, with Full Devil Jacket‘s new Kickstarter I can bring my two passions together. Full Devil Jacket from Jackson, TN has has had their fair share of ups and downs, member changes, etc over the past 15+ years but you wouldn’t have guessed it, if you listen to them today. They are focused, passionate and determined to release their first album in 12 years and you have a chance at helping to make that dream a reality. Full Metal Jacket is Josh Brown on Vocals, Brian Kirk and Paul Varnick on Guitars, Moose Douglass on Bass and Keith Foster on Drums. Time to rock out to The Jaded

The Jaded It has been quite some time that I can say that my old stomping grounds, San Francisco has produced a great rock and roll band. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of great things have come from San Francisco. Sourdough soup bowl from Boudin’s. Seafood at the Wharf. The Stinking Rose. Fun nights at Candlestick. but a great rock band…. not in a while… until now. We had the pleasure of seeing San Francisco rock band, The Jaded up here at the Last Day Saloon in Santa Rosa. These guys just bring old school rock and roll and wrap in everything from funk to old school sound, that just has you wanting more and more. 12 Days of Rock Christmas! Day 7 On the 7th day of Christmas my Rock and Roll love gave to me a sneak peak of new music by The Veer Union. I have loved The Veer Union from the moment I first saw them open up for Puddle Of Mudd at Slim’s several years ago. I still remember it as if it was yesterday. We were towards the back since we were going to sit down and get some dinner before heading to the front for Puddle Of Mudd. We had ordered our nachos and drinks and had just started to eat while the band took the stage. First thing that catches your eye is Crispin, the lead singer with his possibly 12″ awesome mohawk! Within a few minutes they were all set up up and we were still snacking away.
