Treasure Island Music Festival have announced their lineup and Outkast and Massive Attack are headlining

The Treasure Island Music Festival is returning this October and they have announced the lineup. The Festival By The Bay is set for October 18-19 and is presented by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment. The lineup includes Outkast, Massive Attack, Zedd, Alt-J, TV on The Radio, Janelle Monae, The New Pornographers and many more.
