Desert Trip features the concert of a lifetime with The Rolling Stones, The Who, Paul McCartney and more!

Three nights in the desert. That is what everyone will need, especially when Desert Trip is featuring a concert of a lifetime. Paul McCartney to returns to SF to play Farewell to Candlestick Park in August!

Paul McCartney had a busy year last year for his Get Out There tour that took him to 23 cities across South America, North America, Japan and Europe. He now has plans to return to San Francisco to play a very special Farewell to Candlestick Park on August 14th.  Paul is currently touring South American for his 2014 Out There tour and confirmation has been received that he will be bringing the Out There tour to California. It will be a bittersweet return for Paul to close out the iconic venue, the Beatles played their final concert date on August 29, 1966. The ‘Out There’ tour, as always, features music from the most beloved catalog in popular music, as Paul performs songs spanning his entire career – as a solo artist, member of Wings and of course as a Beatle.
