KORN invite fans to star in the upcoming video for their new song, Hater

Korn released their single, Hater which is off their forthcoming album, The Paradigm Shift: World Tour Edition and has been garnering a lot of great attention and praise. The song is currently in the Top 15 on the Active Rock Chart. Korn are inviting fans to help in the making of the video and they may even star in the video by sharing their story of dealing with a bully. The band will use some of the submissions in their upcoming video for “Hater.” Here are the guidelines for your chance to be featured in an upcoming video: Film yourself telling a story about a time you were the victim of bullying, abuse, or hatred and how it affected you. Mushroomhead is definitely a highlight of Rockstar Energy Mayhem Fest

This past weekend, we made it out to the Rockstar Mayhem Fest as it made it’s stop at the Shoreline Amphitheater on July 6th. We are looking forward to telling you about all the great sets but we wanted to tell you about one of the highlights of the Festival. We were excited to see that this band lives up to and exceeds anyone’s expectations with their energy filled dynamic set. The highlighted band we are talking about is none other than the great Mushroomhead. They came out onto the Coldcock American Herbal Whiskey stage to a packed crowd that extended all the way to the booths. The energy of the crowd was intense and once Mushroomhead began to play, the energy was raised ten fold! It was unreal and amazing. Here we are only days away from the start of this year’s Rockstar Mayhem Fest coming to the Bay Area at the Shoreline Amphitheater on July 6th. One of the bands has been getting quite a lot of attention as they get ready to release their new album, The World Is My Enemy Now. So after all the hysteria over the publicity post for Upon A Burning Body from earlier today, they have released a bad ass new track! As I mentioned earlier in my post, I hope people just get over it and move forward. Publicity stunts have been around for ages and will continue to be around. It is a form of art and is used in a dramatic effect to create an element of mystery, anticipation and so much more. Sadly, we now live in hyper-sensitive and overly magnified world in which within minutes news travels as is no longer considered a “hype” or “build-up”.
