VAN HALEN delivered an epic full on ROCK N ROLL set at Shoreline Amphitheater

What a night it was! We just returned from the incredible performance by Van Halen as they brought their LIVE ON TOUR to the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. The venue was packed and with all the traffic getting in, we unfortunately missed Kenny Wayne Shephard Band. Several of our friends told us that it was a great set and really got the crowd fired up for Van Halen. The night sky was just starting to dim as the band took to the stage and performed a rare classic, Light Up The Sky. We instantly knew that we were going to be in for an incredible set and they definitely proved us right. With fan favorites like Everybody Wants Some, Beautiful Girls, Woman In Love, Panama and even some surprises like In a Simple Rhyme and Dirty Movies it was a set that you could only dream about. Vans Warped Tour heads back in to the States tomorrow for the Holmdel, NJ show after a few days in Canada. Attila will be back performing on the Monster stage. Ice Nine Kills is another one of our Warped Tour Highlights!

The next great band for us to feature on our Vans Warped Tour Coverage is none other than the melodically heavy, Ice Nine Kills. This was the first time I saw them perform live and I have been looking forward to it. They completely blew my expectations and exceeded them in so many ways. I always knew they deliver a solid energetic set but they really took the reins of the crowd and have everyone fired up. The first day we saw them, they were performing at the first slot of the day on the Monster Stage. Everyone seemed to already know because as the gates opened, the crowd funneled in and went right to the Monster Stage. The singer is a true crowd pleaser as he made it down to the crowd and interacted with them throughout their set. Warped Tour returned yesterday to the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. It was another awesome date for the festival as this year it celebrates it’s 20th anniversary of bringing music to the masses! The weather was perfect, clear skies and sunshine all day long.
