Kill The Lights – new record is less than a week away

March 3, 2024

Kill The Lights, which features former members of Bullet for My Valentine, Throw the Fight, Threat Signal, and Still Remains, have announced their sophomore album “Death Melodies” about a month ago. It will be released this Friday, March 8 via Fearless Records. To celebrate the exciting news, the band has also shared the video for “From Ashes” back then. With its classic, ’80s semi-ballad songcraft twinned with modern sounds, “From Ashes” is a new anthem that should accompany all your rigorous activity. Going to the gym? Then put “From Ashes” at the top of your playlist, as it will get the blood and adrenaline pumping through those veins. “‘From Ashes’ lyrically discusses having to live with the pain of knowing that you let your loved ones down”, the band offers. Certain bonds cross any and all borders and boundaries. Kill The Lights harbor this kind of connection between them. Even though you’ve got Michael “Moose” Thomas [drums] and Jason “Jay” James [bass] in Bridgend, Wales, James Clark [vocals] in Minneapolis, MN, Jordan Whelan [guitar] in [Read More]

Make sure to pick up the new album, Shapeshifter by The Dead Rabbitts

June 30, 2014

The highly anticipated release of the new album, Shapeshifter by The Dead Rabbitts is set for tomorrow July 1st through Tragic Hero Records.  This is one album, you are going to want to pick up.  We were excited to catch them as they made their stop in San Francisco last week for the Shapeshift Tour! They treated us to several of their new songs which were just awesome. The album starts right off with the heavy and crowd favorite My Only Regret. The album is filled with savage doses of metalcore  as in Shapeshifter or Bats in the Belfry complete with infectious melodies, fierce [Read More]
