Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators deliver another epic performance in San Francisco

SLASH featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators delivered another epic performance in San Francisco last night at The Warfield Theater. We are coming to the tail end of the US dates for their World on Fire tour and with the performance last night, there is no slowing down for in site for these rockers. They came and gave 150% to a packed venue. The night kicked off with a fiercely energetic set by fuzz rockers, RavenEye from the UK. This trio was never short on big sound and the crowd went wild for them. We look forward to catching them this weekend at Aftershock Festival. The crowd soon grew to near capacity as Slash ft. The tour will kick off September 18th on the East Coast and wrap up on October 24th on the West Coast. Pre-Sale tickets are on sale now and general admission is on sale tomorrow morning. Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators join IFAW to stop the killing of elephants

SLASH featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators has joined with the International Fund For Animal Welfare (IFAW) to raise awareness of the slaughter of elephants which is leading to their early extinction. They have released a new video for their song Beneath the Savage Sun which tells the tale from the elephant’s point of view. Day 9 of our 12 Days of Vocalists goes to Myles Kennedy

  For Day 9 of our 12 Days of Vocalists, we wanted to honor the most amazingly talented musician, Myles Kennedy. Myles has been turning heads with his powerful signature vocals since he formed The Mayfield Four nearly 20 years ago. After joining the members of Creed to form Alter Bridge, everyone continues to speak high praise of his masterful vocals. He has soaring vocals that can hit some of the highest notes of rock n roll that is like a fine gift of ear porn. Myles did a fantastic job of perfecting the 80’s hair metal scream as demonstrated in his cameo appearance in the Rock Star. It is one of my favorite scenes of the movie as he is picked from the crowd by Chris Cole (Mark Wahlberg) to take over and sing the vocals during the concert. The new album World On Fire from Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators is out now! This is one album that I was waiting for and it definitely exceeded all my expectations. The album features a complete 17 songs that do not disappoint, each one ready to rock your world. You can’t help but rock out to the signature crunchy riffs of Slash, the most powerful vocals of Myles and songs that will take you on a rockin ride. The album truly has a more cohesive band element and not a feature alone of Slash. It is truly a full body of work that will capture your attention from start to finish. The first single World On Fire garnered a lot of great attention since it’s first release, and the rest of the album followed suit and did not falter in any way. Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators make sure to LET ROCK RULE in San Francisco!

Yesterday we received word that the Aerosmith/SLASH concert at Concord Pavilion was cancelled due to illness of drummer Joey Kramer. No more than a couple hours after, we received word that SLASH featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators have confirmed a show for the same night at The Fillmore San Francisco.  Slash made sure to LET ROCK RULE as they quickly put together a show that would takeover San Francisco! The line circled around the block as die hard fans were glad to be there for the just announced concert. It was amazing to imagine that the concert was only five hours in the planning and it went off without a hitch. The crowd included many fans who were supposed to be at the Concord show and raced over once they heard the official announcement as well as fans who were not able to afford the Concord show or get good tickets. They were then treated to a night full of stellar rock n roll that included a set that lasted well over 2 hours. [Read More]
