Havok drummer Pete Webber to sit out select dates of Symmetry In Black Tour

Denver heavy thrashers Havok have been busy touring overseas which took them all over Europe. They are gearing up for their North American “Symmetry in Black” Tour featuring HAVOK w/ CROWBAR, REVOCATION, FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY, ARMED FOR APOCALYPSE. Drummer Pete Webber will be sitting out select dates of the tour due to a family emergency and Wretched’s Marshall Wieczorek will be filling in temporarily. Pete comments: “As some of you may have heard, my mother was in a tragic accident and is in very serious condition in the ICU in Boston. This unfortunately means I will have to miss out on at least a portion of our future shows. Miss May I deliver a fierce kick ass set at Rockstar Mayhem Fest

Every time I see Miss May I, I get more and more impressed with their high energy powerful sets. This past weekend as we covered the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival in Mountain View at the Shoreline Amphitheater. We were at the Coldcock American Herbal Whiskey Stage promptly at 3:55 so we wouldn’t miss a second of Miss May I‘s set. Sure enough, they came out bustling with energy and had complete control over the crowd, infusing them with adrenaline. Everyone seem to be off their feet jumping, headbanging or with their fists in the air. It was an intense set and they played their fresh new take of old school metal that has longtime metal fans and new ones in acceptance. They have a very dedicated fan base which seems to span generations. WARBRINGER set to release new album October 15th, IV: Empires Collapse

Los Angeles based heavy Metal band, WARBRINGER have announced the release date for their release of their next masterpiece, IV: Empires Collapse. They band has been locked away for the past few months in The Omen Room studio with producer Steve Evetts (Dillinger Escape Plan, Sepultura, Symphony X). The release date is set for October 15th through Century Media Records. What is exciting about this album is that each of the five members brought something for the rest of the group to work on and together they challenged themselves and their abilities to combine their talents and create a combined work of art.
