The Amity Affliction made a stop in Munich during their current European/UK tour. They played a sold-out house, their biggest show in Munich to date! Their set included a good mix of all their albums and also five songs from their most recent record “House Of Cards”, which were a banger live. Here are some impressions of the show. If you have a chance, make sure to catch the bands live! Fit For A King made a stop in Munich during their Lonely God tour. The show started pretty early at 6 pm, which was probably the reason that the venue wasn’t completely packed from the start. The Munich show was sold-out though and started to fill up over the first hour. Fit For A King chose an amazing line-up for their European show – Memphis May Fire, Acres and 156/Silence. A killer combo for an incredible Metalcore night. Enjoy the photos and I’ll see you in the pit! 156/Silence Acres Memphis May Fire Fit For A King For more information on the bands, follow their social media: Fit For A King https://www.facebook.com/fitforakingband https://fitforakingband.com/ https://www.instagram.com/fitforakingtx https://x.com/fitforaking Memphis May Fire https://www.facebook.com/MemphisMayFire https://www.memphismayfire.com/ https://www.instagram.com/memphismayfire/ https://x.com/memphismayfire Acres https://www.facebook.com/acresuk https://www.instagram.com/acres_uk/ https://x.com/acresuk 156/Silence https://www.facebook.com/156Silence https://www.instagram.com/156silence https://x.com/156silence Thanks to the local promoter (Backstage) and the bands for letting us cover the show! ~ Alex

The Swedish visionaries of Avatar returned to Munich last week. This time, they played a bigger venue, the Tonhalle, and managed to sell it out completely in advance! The atmosphere was, as always, loaded with anticipation, and the “citizens of Avatar country” were not disappointed. It was an energetic show that led through many albums of the band. Most of the songs, though, came from their recent record “Don’t Go In The Forest”, but they also played all-time favorites like “The Eagle Has Landed” and “Bloody Angel”. After almost two hours, they closed their set with two more fan favorites, “Smells Like A Freakshow” and “Hail the Apocalypse”. Here’s the complete set-list: Captain Goat Silence in the Age of Apes The Eagle Has Landed In the Airwaves Bloody Angel Death and Glitz Blod The Dirt I’m Buried In Colossus Torn Apart Howling at the Waves Glory to Our King Legend of the King Let It Burn Tonight We Must Be Warriors Encore: Don’t Go in the Forest Smells Like a Freakshow Hail the Apocalypse Of [Read More]
