It is that time of year again! Spring is in the air and everyone is talking about who is going to win and who will be walking the carpet. No I am not talking about the red carpet and the Oscars! I am all about the Revolver Golden Gods Awards and this year the 6th Annual award show will be held on April 23, 2014 at the Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Tickets went on sale this past Friday. The Music Junkie Press “After Golden Gods Awards” Awards!!

Well I am home from my trip to the 5th Revolver Golden Gods Awards which took place last week at the Club Nokia in Los Angeles. I hope all of you had a great time watching the Black Carpet and the award show live on XBOX, Facebook or AXS TV. There was so many great stories to share from that night, some we may have to keep quiet; but all in all it was a fantastic show. Sadly, hours before the Black Carpet, we got word of the passing of the great Jeff Hanneman from Slayer who died at the young age of 49 from liver failure. The night soon became filled with stories about Jeff and tributes to our fallen hero. Many drinks were shared and toasted to the life of Jeff and he will be greatly missed.
