May 20, 2015

Station are gearing up for their performance at this year’s Rocklahoma and they have just released a new music video for you. The video is for their epic ballad, With You Tonight. Check it out here: Chris Lane comments about With Me Tonight in his Track by Track guide of their debut album, This song was written in about 3 minutes sitting on the floor of my apartment. It’s really just about second chances and knowing what to do with them. I feel like a lot of times what I want is in conflict with that I think is best for me. That’s what this song is about. The funny thing about this song is that it was actually written about two weeks before we got in the studio and we had already picked out which songs we were going to record. We all decided this song definitely had to be on the first record. This was my absolute favorite song to hear come to life with the vocals. I love the harmonies. Make sure [Read More]

May 18, 2015

Austin, Texas Gets RUSH’d Austin, TX Austin 360 Amphitheater May 16, 2015        RUSH, The 3 piece legendary rock band from Toronto invaded Austin, TX on Saturday May 16, 2015. The 5th  stop on their R40 North American tour, commemorating their 40th anniversary in music.  The amphitheater was at capacity, which was a pretty much sold out show. The band walked onto a stage with washing machines, megaphones,  and an old fashion  popcorn machine, along with other props.  The crowd erupted in excitement as the first note rang out through the speakers and amplifiers.  Throughout the performance stagehands, who wore red jumpsuits, like from the cover album of “Moving Pictures,” kept adding and removing amps and props.  The show had a spectacular beacon of lighting, which included lasers, smoke and pyro that contributed to the clear precise sound. The show was made up of two sets of [Read More]
