Screaming at Demons teams up with Homeless Rock Stars and premiere stellar new song Rockstar

October 8, 2015

Screaming at Demons is the amazing new band from Shimon Moore, formerly of Sick Puppies. Screaming at Demons have arrived on the music scene and in an epic fashion. Their new song, Rockstar is not only a kick ass rockin track but will also change people’s lives around the world. Screaming at Demons have teamed up with the groundbreaking homeless project, Homeless Rock Stars. Homeless Rock Stars is the brainchild of international rock photographer Nigel Skeet.  After 25 successful years of being a photographer in Los Angeles, Nigel moved to Redding, California to raise his young twin daughters.  When he opened his photography studio in downtown Redding, he was warned of the “homeless problem” in the area.  This statement struck him as “bullying the underdog” and he decided to do something about it.  Over the course of three days, Nigel Skeet photographed and interviewed 50 homeless people in his studio, just like he would a rock star. The results of the event and the subsequent gallery exhibition were astounding, people were getting restored.  Homeless Rock Stars quickly attracted a lot [Read More]

It was a great night as the community came together with an amazing group of musicians and the benefit was a success raising over $2,100 which will benefit the victims of the Valley Fire. All 100% of proceeds from the event are donated to Moose Lodge in Clearlake and Middletown Animal Hospital. We were honored to have Chasta Freeman Michaelis of 107.7 The Bone emcee our event. Jasmine Jordan ignites Amplyfi with positive chemistry. By Patrick O’Heffernan

October 6, 2015

(Hollywood) There is a reason why Jasmine Jordan’s Twitter handle is @TheRealJasmineJ. If you know Jordan through her high-gloss urban soul EP, Time Travel, or the lush instrumentation of  her new single “Smile”, you don’t know The Real Jasmine Jordan – at least not the one that exploded on stage Saturday night in a high octane chemical reaction with her fans, her band and everyone within earshot. The Real Jasmine Jordan packed LA’s tiny, ultra trendy Amplyfi club way past its occupancy limit Saturday night and bonded with the audience on a molecular level as she rocked, danced, crooned, jumped cheered and shouted in a show that demonstrated why she is becoming one of the most adored and positive voices of her generation.   Saturday night was the last date on her “Smile” tour and for those watching closely, her throat was beginning to feel the wear.  But no matter;  when the diminutive Jordan hopped on stage, dressed in the accoutrement of her generation – backwards baseball cap, tied up t-shirt, ragged jeans, beautiful wild [Read More]
