Against Me! are back – New record and a tour

Against Me! are back, September 16th their new record ‘Shape Shift With Me’, the successor of the highly praised ‘Transgender Dysphoria Blues’, will be released. The past four years have been a very special time for front woman Laura Jane Grace, she outed herself as transgender and processed her experiences on that very personal record. About 18 months later the seventh record of Against Me! will be released, once again with guitarist James Bowman, bassist Inge Johansson and drummer Atom Willard. For the songs ‘Boyfriend’ and ‘North Truth’ they had a surprise co-songwriter, Cody Votolato (Blood Brothers). Here’s what the band has to say (on fb) Hey friends! Steven Tyler delivers MUST SEE performance in San Francisco out on his Out on a Limb Tour

Last night at the beautiful Masonic in San Francisco, the packed venue was treated to a must see performance by Steven Tyler. Steven recently kicked off his Out On A Limb tour and it has been quite a success. Steven truly captured the crowd with his spellbinding set that included songs from his new solo album, which was released today! As well as several fantastic Aerosmith tracks, and fans were also treated to a couple covers including The Beatles and a spine-tingling cover of Piece of My Heart from Janis Joplin. The Loving Mary Band were incredible and the night was a success. Steven Tyler and Lovely Mary have delivered a set that will take you through the history of Steven Tyler and have you in awe from start to finish. Steven has such a charismatic personality and shared stories through his set as he captured the gypsy spirit and get the crowd fully engaged.
