Travis Hayes puts on astonishing headlining show at Independent in SF

September 17, 2016

Travis Hayes headlined at the Independent in San Francisco on Thursday night. Sean Liming was there to bring you photos of the show. He had this to say about the performance, Travis Hayes put on an astonishing show last night at the Independent in San Francisco. With family, friends and fans in the crowd, they cheered and sang along with Travis as he sang songs from his new album “Love Songs” as well as other songs. Switching from “jam sessions” with his band mates to settling down with his acoustic guitar, then to bring the band back on stage to get the crowd amplified once again, Travis Hayes did know how to put on a show. The very humble Travis Hayes “isn’t afraid or the type to wear emotions on his sleeve”, but he sure shows it in his songs. Check out the photos from the night: Make sure to visit their social media sites so you can stay up to date on his latest news. The night kicked off with quite a patriotic and entertaining set by the Six String Soldiers, featuring active duty military men who charmed the crowd with covers as well as their originals. The crowd showed their support as they gave them several standing ovations, thanking them for their service to our country. The video screen was lit up with a nostalgic video featuring old clips of John’s performance and a video of Elvis Presley performing the 1969 CCR iconic hit, Proud Mary. The video ended just as John as his band started the set with an intense powerful version of Proud Mary, that brought the crowd to their feet.
