Memphis May Fire return with new song and video for “Blood & Water”

MEMPHIS MAY FIRE — Matty Mullins (vocals), Kellen McGregor (guitar), Cory Elder (bass), and Jake Garland (drums) — have always made anthems for the broken. Their explosive new single “Blood & Water” is firmly in keeping with this tradition. Wars have released a brand new video for a cover of ‘Flames’, originally performed by MOD SUN and Avril Lavigne. The track follows their recent cover of Taylor Swift’s track ‘Exile’, both coming ahead of the unveiling of ‘Chapter Four’ of their upcoming album A Hundred Shivers. Speaking about the cover, the band stated: “We’re really deep into A Hundred Shivers now, and while we’re super excited about the next AHS chapter, it’s great to get to put out something totally different. Sum 41 share emotional new track “Catching Fire”

Sum 41 has dropped a reimagined version of their previously released track “Catching Fire” featuring nothing,nowhere. Deryck Whibley wrote this ballad for his wife, Ari Whibley, after her suicide attempt and they are talking about it for the first time ever in hopes to raise awareness during Mental Health Awareness Month. Sum 41 fans from all over the world collectively submitted their stories of loss seen in the beautifully shot black and white video for “Catching Fir”. The vision behind the powerful video-turned-memorial is to shine light on suicide prevention and help tackle the stigma behind mental health head on.
