We Are Twenty One Pilots And So Are You: A Night of Unity at BMO Stadium

October 28, 2025

BMO Stadium pulsed with excited chatter long before anything took the stage. It was Saturday, October 25, and both nights of this Twenty One Pilots weekend were sold out. Fans slowly flowed into the massive venue, buzzing like electricity, their anticipation tangible in the cool evening air. Across the stadium, fans waved their phone flashlights back and forth, hoping the other side would notice and join them. Clikkies have always been known for their fierce sense of community, and here it was shining bright even before note one. Everywhere you looked, fans were decked out top to bottom in merch, homemade recreations of Tyler and Josh’s iconic outfits, and even Ned cosplays straight from Trench. Spirits high. Hearts ready.  Dayglow Sets the Stadium Alight The roar when the lights went out could have blown the roof off. Fans chanted “Dayglow! Dayglow! Dayglow!” until the indie-pop dream himself appeared, soaking the entire arena in feel-good energy. Sloan bounced into the set with so much force that he literally snapped a guitar string in the very first [Read More]

Kublai Khan, Drain, Gideon and Guilt Trip deliver explosive night at San Jose Civic

October 25, 2025

Kublai Khan is about to finish up their headlining U.S. tour, and they left an explosive, high-energy mark at the San Jose Civic last night. The place was shaking from the first note to the final roar of the crowd. Guilt Trip from Manchester kicked things off, coming out with all the intensity and force the crowd needed to start the night off heavy. They lit the fuse for what was about to become a wild ride. Shortly after, Gideon took the stage, and within minutes the crowd turned into a sea of crowd surfers. Everywhere you looked, people were flying over the barricade. It was amazing. Then came one of the highlights of the night… Drain. Our West Coast locals straight out of Santa Cruz brought a stadium-worthy performance to the Civic. Their set was adrenaline-fueled, fun, captivating, and pure chaos in the best way possible. Their sign says it perfectly: “Drain is not responsible for what you do in the next 30 minutes.” So true, because anything you’ve been holding inside gets [Read More]

Lorna Shore Brings Absolute Chaos and Catharsis to The Masonic

October 16, 2025

Last night at The Masonic was pure madness,  in the best possible way. Lorna Shore headlined an absolutely killer lineup with The Black Dahlia Murder, Shadow of Intent, and Peeling Flesh. From the first note to the last scream, it was a full-on night of energy, adrenaline, and dedicated fans ready to lose themselves in the music. Peeling Flesh kicked things off with insane energy that had the crowd instantly fired up. Within seconds, the mosh pits exploded into chaos with arms flying, bodies colliding, total mayhem. They set the tone perfectly for what was about to come. Next up was Shadow of Intent, and since it was my first time seeing them live, I didn’t know what to expect, but they completely blew me away. Their stage presence, charisma, and the way they connected with the crowd was seriously impressive. You could tell everyone was hooked from start to finish. By the time The Black Dahlia Murder took the stage, the place was packed. It was awesome seeing so many longtime fans repping shirts from [Read More]

Rock and Metal Legends Shine at Shoreline Amphitheatre

October 15, 2025

The night at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View was one for the books,  a true celebration of rock and metal that spanned generations. The show started off as Corrosion of Conformity hit the stage with raw intensity, setting the tone for what was to come. Their heavy riffs and tight grooves had the crowd chanting C-O-C with fists in the air. For me it was a nostalgic moment, taking me back to the first time I saw them perform at The Stone in San Francisco (oh what a venue that was!) all with the same unrelenting energy, the same fire, just on a much bigger stage. As the amphitheater filled to capacity, Alice Cooper took over and transformed the venue into his own twisted theatrical world. Watching Alice perform is never just attending a concert,  it’s stepping into a darkly whimsical rock opera, rich with storytelling, shock, and production. I was grinning from ear to ear and couldn’t help but think back to seeing him at The Warfield, where I first experienced that same sense [Read More]

Tattoo Days Rosenheim 2025 – impressions and more

October 15, 2025

Another weekend, another tattoo convention. Lately, there’s been a lot of them, but not all have the same quantity and quality of artists, like f.e. the Dream Ink 2025 in Munich four weeks ago and this more recent event. Last weekend I was able to attend the Tattoo Days. It’s not the first time this convention has taken place in the beautiful small town of Rosenheim/Bavaria. The event is organized by the same people as the Dream Ink, Quan and his Hellgallery Tattoo Studios. The convention was a bit smaller than in Munich, but not less eventful. There were great artists there like Soulink Tattoo, Sleeping Society, Orakle Tattoo, Black Pearl Tattoo, Hot Rod Tattoo, 25 Tattoo, Bloodline Tattoo, Snowflake Ink,  Yancoo Tattoo, Tom Boranek, Doko Ink, just to name a few. Aside from getting a chance to get tattooed by great artists, which might not have their studio close by, you could buy jewellery, clothes, paintings, and so much more. Of course, there was also a show program, which included a Miss Tattoo contest, [Read More]

Des Rocs releases video for latest single, This Land featured in Borderlands 4

October 14, 2025

Des Rocs releases the video for his new track This Land which is featured in Borderlands 4. The single is the first track of his forthcoming album.  The video was directed by acclaimed Brazilian digital artist, FESQ, the Borderlands-inspired video channels the raw power and visceral energy synonymous with Des Rocs. Watch the video here: Des Rocs shares, “I’ll never forget the first call when they told me what they were looking for in a song for Borderlands 4,” says Des. “I couldn’t stop grinning. They were describing exactly where my heart lies. Rock n’ roll that’s loud, raw, unfiltered, built for a foreign landscape. This song has that unhinged wild energy, the one I felt when I first picked up a guitar. It’s real and it’s rowdy, just like the music I worshipped growing up.” Borderlands is one of the best-selling and most beloved video game franchises of all time. For the fourth installment, Des Rocs brings the raw energy and grit he’s known for, taking the helm for the main theme song, and following in the footsteps of Cage [Read More]
