Black Stone Cherry unleash new single, Me and Mary Jane and it ROCKS! One thing is for sure, it delivers the pure style of Southern Rock that is what I love about Black Stone Cherry. Too many times, bands try to come out and reinvent themselves and their sound ends up in a completely different direction of their former self. Also, by no means is Black Stone Cherry playing it safe either.The new song is the perfect example that this band continues to put out bad ass music that everyone wants to hear. The guitars come on mean and strong and the tone is amazing and I love the talk box on the intro. It has such a groove in its energy and the vocals are once again, spectacular. The new album is set for a release date of May 5th through Roadrunner records. This single is definitely going to have you anxiously awaiting the new album.
