As their info on their Facebook page states, “Do you feel that good old Hard-Rock is in decay? Well, it’s NOT!! Here we are to change that! As long as Sewer continues writing music, Hard-Rock will never die!” Sewer from Argentina is the hard rock band that is out there to show the world that they are here to keep the hard rock scene alive.
Sewer started in 2012 in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina after singer Rafael Abad Ronzon was inspired by Axl Rose and the famous musical “Rock of Ages” and it’s star Stacee Jaxx. Also in Sewer is Leandro Artaza on Drums, Nico “el Maio” Maiola on Bajo/Bass, Lucas Ogallar on Guitar/Backing Vocals, and Matías Sewer on Guitar. Together these young men capture the true vibe of ’80s rock and glam rock. They have recently released a new song, “Crazy Woman” which you can check out here:
What a great sound these guys have. Their tunes were recently played on Berkeley liberation radio 104.1 at The Vampire Hour with Lexx Fenwick. That is how I found these great guys was through a post of Lexx’s and I was instantly hooked! We hope to bring you more information about this up and coming hard rock band from Argentina. For now I will leave you with a great cover that Sewer did of Paradise City:
Please make sure to visit their social media sites too and stay up to date on the latest news of Sewer.
