We had the pleasure of running into one of our favorite musicians, Brev Sullivan at NAMM 2015. We were so excited to see him and couldn’t wait to get an update from him as to what he is working on. Check out our quick chat with Brev here:

In addition, we got to listen to the new Snakebite album, Feel The Bite. It was great to listen to it on the ride home with several other musicians. The concensus was in, we all LOVED it and it completely rocks. First, there is something about having the actual CD in your and hold that tangible piece of music history. We actually played it several times on our 8 hour drive. It was great to hear it several times and you really get to find new favorites each time. It was old school rock n roll but in way dated. You had passionate vocals, sweet sexy guitars and songs that were soon to become part of my regular playlist. With songs like Rock n Roll Will Never Die, Feel The Bite, Loud & Proud and Sold To Rock you have your faith in rock n roll restored and revived.  This is one band that along with their excellent musicianship are passionate about rock and will make sure it stays alive and thriving!  The song is a complete well rounded album with rock songs that bring back to life those anthemic arena songs that we all miss. Another personal favorite is Night Moon and Snakebite in which the guitars are absolutely BAD ASS!

If you don’t already have it, you can pick up Feel The Bite on iTunes here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/feel-the-bite  or at CDBaby here: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/snakebite62. Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on all their latest news. It is time for everyone to FEEL THE BITE!

I will leave you with my favorite quote of Brev from our interview last year:

“What I would like to share is, keep in mind that music played on a guitar, or a piano, or a trumpet, or any type of instrument is an age old tool that has absolutely no microchips, it doesn’t have the screen on it, it doesn’t have any texting on it, it is an age old creation of wire and wood and to this day, it is still the center of our universe as a musician or a fan and that is very powerful.”
