The Treasure Island Music Festival is returning this October and they have announced the lineup. The Festival By The Bay is set for October 18-19 and is presented by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment. The lineup includes Outkast, Massive Attack, Zedd, Alt-J, TV on The Radio, Janelle Monae, The New Pornographers and many more. Check out the flyer here:
