Billy Idol announces finalized title of new album to be released in October!

We have been hearing a lot of news about Billy Idol and his plans for a new album. In our recent post, Billy had mentioned the title as Return to Splendor but today we have a new tweet from Billy Idol as he announces the finalized title of the album.  The album is:

“Kings & Queens of the Underground”

 

 

The album will be released on the BFI label.  We are very excited for the new album. Billy also did a photo shoot for the album and shared the following photo on whosay.

Billy tweeted in March that he was finishing vocals on a couple of the tracks and it is nearing completion. Here is the previous tweet with the old album title:

 

Billy has a couple US dates and then they are off to tour in Europe. Dates for Europe are listed below.  We look forward to October and to Billy adding US Tour Dates after they return from overseas! Seeing Billy Idol perform two back to back shows in San Francisco in 2010 was the highlight of my concert coverages and it has been way toooooo long! I need my Billy fix!
