A highlight of BottleRock 2023; Paris Jackson at Jam Cellars Stage

June 5, 2023

On the second day of BottleRock, Paris Jackson took the task of opening up the show and she performed quite a set. Her music style is a blend of grunge pop rock and pleased the crowd.  Being the daughter of Michael Jackson, many didn’t know what to expect of her performance but afterwards told us how they were very pleasantly surprised.  We had listened to her before and were excited to finally catch her live.  She did not disappoint with her captivating vocals. Check out photos of her set by our Rockin Ryan: We look forward to future shows. Make sure to visit her social media sites and stay up to date on her latest news. BottleRock Napa 2023 serves up your favorite new band, Mac Saturn

June 4, 2023

Detroit does it again as they have presented us with another amazing band, Mac Saturn. Hailing from the same studio that our faves Greta Van Fleet got their start. The band started in 2020 but definitely gives off old soul vibes that channels all the great groove  smooth funk of the ages, blended with fresh new vibrant rockin melodies. They bring to life a big sound and they have the stage presence to match! We had the chance to catch them perform at the Jam Cellars Ballroom prior to their Saturday set at BottleRock.  Catching them in the intimate ballroom and then at the  BottleRock Truly stage, one thing is certain; both shows had such great big sound and a stadium worthy performance. They also performed an acoustic set that rocked just as hard! Check out photos by our Rockin Ryan from their sets:   Band Members: Carson Macc –  lead vocalist Nick Barone – guitars, vocals Jive Moses – Bass Angelo Coppola- drums, vocals Mike Moody – guitars, vocals Tour Dates: JUN 16 FRI  [Read More]

Starcrawler deliver explosive high energy set at BottleRock 2023

June 3, 2023

We love finding new bands to cover at BottleRock, but we love it even more when we finally get to see a band that we have been loving for a while! Their album She Said is always on our playlist.  That band was Starcrawler for us and they were a BottleRock highlight as they delivered a set that was non stop energy and satisfied our need for their live performances.  It actually left us longing for the next time we get to see them live. We were able to chat with them a bit before their set and you can check out that brief interview here: The band consists of  Arrow De Wilde, guitarist Henri Cash and brother Bill Cash on pedal steel/guitar, drummer Seth Carolina, and bassist Tim Franco. They have two studio albums and their recent single RoadKill is one of our fave tracks and even more so, to see them play it live. The Band High Noon rock the stage at BottleRock amid their EP release

June 1, 2023

One thing I love about BottleRock is that we get to check out new bands. This year one of the bands that stood out for us was, The Band High Noon.  They kicked off the festival with the first set on Friday at the Truly stage and we were right there to catch it all.  They were also one of BottleRock’s Featured Emerging Artist. Guitarist Ian Devereux commented about their upcoming performance, So stoked to be playing Bottlerock this year. We’re sharing a stage with some of the bands that we credit as our primary influences like the Red Hot Chili Peppers. That kind of thing still feels like living a dream sometimes.  And to be featured as one of the Bottlerock 2023 Emerging Artists is a total honor. We get to kick the festival off as the crowds pour into this amazing festival, filled with music-lovers, killer food and wine, and a vibe that is all about acceptance and joy… man… we are grateful.   They hit the stage and did not disappoint.
