Buckcherry kick off their WARPAINT tour in Sacramento!

There is no better way to make it through the work week than rockin out at a Buckcherry concert. Buckcherry kicked off the US leg of their Warpaint tour last night at Ace of Spades. The tour is in support of their new album, Warpaint which is set to release tomorrow, March 8th.  The highly anticipated album had them reuniting in the studio with legendary producer Mike Plotnikoff (Chris Cornell, Nita Strauss & Halestorm), who previously produced the band’s platinum certified album 15.

Buckcherry kicked off their set in high energy as they opened up with their cover of Nine Inch Nails  “Head Like a Hole”. They had the entire venue rockin out and Josh was once again captivating the crowd with his awesome dance moves. They continued the set with fan favorites and their new music. Have you checked out the video for their new song Bent yet? It will give you a glimpse of the uncontained energy at a show. Check it out below:

Our colleague Ben Mitchell was able to chat with guitarist Stevie D prior to the show and stay tuned for that interview. For now, check  out some photos from the night:

The tour includes another rock favorite, new band to watch,  Joyous Wolf. Joyous Wolf is from Southern California and was formed in 2014 by vocalist Nick Reese, guitarist Blake Allard, bassist Greg Braccio, and drummer Robert Sodaro. They delivered a great set that made a lasting impression on the crowd as they immediately grew their fanbase. They are set to release their new album next month on Roadrunner Records.  Check out some pix of their set:
