What a harrowing situation! Earlier tonight at around 6 pm, a limousine which was said to be carrying members of Jake E. Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel caught fire. All members escaped the fire which was reported by the San Jose Police to start after the electrical system began to short out. The fire occurred on the busy highway of Interstate 880 during during rush hour traffic in San Jose near Stevens Creak Boulevard.

We are glad to report that no one was injured in the fire and all the band members are safe after escaping the fire. The fire brings up the painful memory to the Bay Area of the death of five nurses including a new bride whom were killed in a limousine fire in 2013 on the San Mateo Bridge. Jake E. Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel is in town as they are scheduled to perform Thursday night at the Rockbar in San Jose. Our local favorites State Line Empire are also set to perform on the bill alongside with SJ Sindicate. In addition, Red Dragon Cartel posted the following on their Facebook page:
Thanks to the quick action of our driver and a little luck on our side, we are all safe and sound. Thanks to everyone for your concern.
