Ryan Cabrera has just released a music video for his new single, House on Fire. You can check out the vide0 by visiting Nylon.com here. House on Fire is the first single from Ryan’s upcoming new EP, Wake Up Beautiful which is scheduled for a March 3rd release via Dynamite Music/Caroline. Pre-ordering begins tomorrow here and the infectious upbeat, new track is available now on iTunes .
I love the feel good new track as it just invites you to move! The music video was directed by acclaimed video director Christian Lamb (Madonna, Borgore, Tori Amos). The video–which features surprise cameos from Efren Ramirez(Napoleon Dynamite), Dennis Haskins (“Saved By The Bell”) and Shannon Tweed–was shot in Los Angeles and up along the picturesque California coast, perfectly capturing the song’s carefree, live-in-the-moment spirit.
Ryan explains about the new song,
“‘House On Fire’ is about burning everything down and being crazy while you can, You’re living in the moment and enjoying everything you do. A lot of people are afraid to let themselves go, be passionate, and express their feelings. You’ve got to burn it all down—even if just for one night. Let loose and go nutty! It feels great.”

“It’s organic pop music,[Producer] Justin Gray and I hit it off immediately. We were in a room together, jamming on everything. We weren’t trying to be anything or fit any kind of mold. It was just music we dug. I started writing all of these fun, positive, and uplifting songs. My whole perception had changed. Every song tells its own story.”
