Jamie Tworkowski, founder of To Write Love On Her Arms, a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with addiction, depression, self-injury and suicide is set to release his debut book. The book titled, “IF YOU FEEL TOO MUCH: Thought on Things Found and Lost and Hoped For” will be available on May 19, 2015. Teacher/Penguin VP & Publisher Joel Fotinos shares their excitement by telling Tworkowski:

Tworkowski explains,

I hope this book can be a source of encouragement, something that helps folks feel less alone. More than anything, I hope this book leads to people getting help and even choosing to stay alive.”
2015 will definitely be a big year for the TWLOHA organization with the release of the book as well as the upcoming release through Sony Pictures for the film, To Write Love On Her Arms which will star Kat Dennings, Chad Michael Murray, Rupert Friend& Corbin Bleu, available March 3, 2015 on DVD & Digital HD.
