We have been waiting not so patiently for the Idles to play in the US. They have been one of our favorite bands and with the additional popularity with their music on the Netflix series Peaky Blinders, their fanbase has grown immensely. They might have garnered a lot of attention from the series but their music has been serving up frenzied rhythms and angsty commentary for nearly 15 years.
They were performing at the Frost Amphitheater – Stanford for the RE:SET Concert Series. They had the crowd fueled with adrenaline and quickly the mosh pit was in full force. It was amazing to witness them perform under the sun at the outdoor venue. They gave us a full one hour set that was non stop! Check out the photos from their set by our Rockin Ryan:
